June already? Crazy. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do any updates last night, however I will provide a very brief summary of today and tomorrow here for the time being. Hopefully I can update things tonight before bed.
Essentially the only main difference between my last updates is that the low that was previously looking like it was going to be departing to the east today is kind of doing the opposite. There was always high uncertainty for Sunday, so that’s pretty much on par with my first assessment. We should see the low remain to the south of Newfoundland and slowly retrograde towards south of the Maritimes. So… RDF for the next day several days. I mean, if that’s not classic early June, I don’t know what is. The good news for Labrador is that ridge should be sticking around during the same time.
That’s it. If there wasn’t any crappy onshore flow weather in June there probably wouldn’t be any weather at all.
