Otherwise, our normal highs for this week are 5 to 7 C for Newfoundland, and -3 to 1 C for Labrador. This is likely one of the last weeks the average low will remain above 0 C for most of Newfoundland, and it’s also the first week that the average low for western Labrador will hit -10 C. This shouldn’t be overly surprising as we head into mid November.
